MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTAMINATION CONTROL

Abstract

The general principles of microbiological contamination control and the requirements for measurement and testing discussed in the report illustrate the need for the involvement of a trained microbiologist in every control endeavor. They also illustrate the need for additional summarized information on the standards of control, the techniques required to achieve control, and means of microbiologically determining when control is reached.
