CUSHIONING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL CONTACT BRUSH ASSEMBLY,

Abstract

It is concluded that the pack utilizing unicellular polyethylene foam will provide protection necessary to retain the required co-planar alignment of contact points in normal transportation environments. Since the current pack without barrier materials weighs 22 ounces and the proposed pack 15 ounces, a net reduction of 7 ounces would be reflected in cost reductions on transportation charges.
