A COMPUTING METHOD FOR THE LINEAR TIME OPTIMAL CONTROL SYSTEM,
Abstract
On the basis of the 'Principle of Invariant Imbedding,' a successive approximation method is proposed to solve the linear time optimal controls subject to various constraints. Formulas for estimating the transient time are also given. An example for the nontrivial case is given. (Author)
