ORBITAL PARAMETERS. PART I. INCLINATION AND NODAL CROSSING OF THE ORBITAL PLANE FROM RADAR DATA.

Abstract

The study utilizes a well-known theorem concerning minima for a certain class of quadratic forms of three variables with a normalizing constraint to determine the angle of inclination and the right ascension of nodal crossing of the orbital plane of a near earth satellite from observation data.
