Abstract

Part I of the report outlines the tower's many advantages over other methods for conducting shallow water research. Part II covers the various investigations, the specialized techniques and instrumentation employed, and the results achieved. Part III traces the tower's development and surveys its unique facilities. Part IV delineates the need for a new tower in 100 feet of water. Also included in this section are a summary of the work, a list of recommendations, and a bibliography. (Author)
