ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTORS: ANALYTICAL SURVEY.

Abstract

This analytical survey is Report No. 2 of a series covering Soviet literature on organic semiconductors. The subject of this survey is basically Soviet research on the electrical properties of organic semiconductors and photo-condt tors. Material has also been included which deals with the preparation of such products, known or potential, and with their structure, morphology, and magnetic properties, insofar as these are associated with electrical properties. Polyvinylenes, polynitriles, and polyvinylenepolynitriles were studied. (Author, modified-PL)
