THE LUMINESCENCE OF RARE-EARTH PHTHALOCYANINES,

Abstract

Rare earth phthalocyanine complexes were obtained by the action of ortho-cyanbenzamide on rare earth halides. The spectral luminescence characteristics of the compounds are reported. Evidence was obtained indicating intramolecular energy migration in a porphyrin ring.
