Abstract

The field detector consists of an antenna and mounting assembly and a detachable detector unit that can be used with any 50-ohm rf source of the correct magnitude and frequency. Design characteristics of the field detector permit compatible operation with the following landing system monitors: Wilcox CA-1363, Wilcox FA-5479X, and Litton CA-5010. (Author)
