EXPERIMENTAL METHODS OF EVALUATING A SYSTEM: THE AIRBORNE C.I.C

Abstract

The report concerns the evaluation, from the human engineering point of view, of an airborne Combat Information Center (Cadillac III). The purpose of the report is to describe the nature of the research problem by listing the variables which possibly influence the system's performance, to state some principles for systems research which have been evolved, and to report certain tentative results.
