INTEGRATING PHOTOELECTRIC RECORDER FOR PAPER AND OTHER ELECTROPHORETIC MEASUREMENTS.
Abstract
A versatile, economical, laboratory-assembled instrument which automatically scans paper electrophoresis strips, and records and integrates the peaks of curves corresponding quantitatively to the distribution of the dyed protein components, is described. (Author)
