CONSTRUCTION OF THREE MEASURES FOR INSTRUCTOR EVALUATION.

Abstract

The report summarizes the steps taken in the development of instruments for appraising the effectiveness of ground school instructors in the Naval Air Training Command. The problems which prompted the undertaking of the project and benefits accruing are pointed out along with the need for further steps in the validation and refinement of the measures produced.
