ORGANIC DEPOLARIZED CELLS UTILIZING META-DINITROBENZENE.

Abstract

The fabrication of 'A' size cylindrical magnesium/magnesium perchlorate/m-dinitrobenzene cells was carried out within the framework of a fractional factorial experiment designed to explore and optimize several composition and design variables. The results indicate that cells giving an average of at least 26.8 hours of output (to 0.90 volt, through 16 2/3 ohms) can be built.
