PECULARITIES OF ABSORPTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY OF BIOLOGICAL OBJECTS

Abstract

It is pointed out that there are two types of peculiarities in spectrophotometry of biological (heterogeneous and scattering) objects: peculiarities in the technique of measuring and peculiarities connected with a change in the absorption spectrum in comparison with the spectrum of the corresponding homogeneous and non-scattering object. The aim of the article is to examine these peculiarities.
