FSF/FAA PROJECT SCAN.
Abstract
A study of near mid-air collision incidents was made. Statistical information obtained on near mid-air collision incidents which occurred over the territory of the United States during the period 1 July 1961 to 30 June 1962 was analyzed. Conclusions were drawn on the basis of this analysis and recommendations for action by the Federal Aviation Agency presented.
