PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR SILICON LINEAR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS.

Abstract

The last of the engineering model integrated circuits, the mixer-oscillator (SC1709), was evaluated and found acceptable thereby completing the engineering phase of this program. The program is now well into the preproduction phase with both preproduction integrated circuits and receivers presently being fabricated and tested. (Author)
