Abstract

The report presents a brief survey and includes abstracts of papers presented at the Second Rochester Conference on Coherence and Quantum Optics. The topics covered are mainly the following: lasers and interaction of radiation with atoms, quantum field theory, scattering, fluctuation measurements, resonance radiation, holography and interference, interaction of radiation with free electrons, coherence, photon echoes, and induced effects.
