THERMAL DEGRADATION OF POLYMERS.
Abstract
A report is given of work involving the thermal degradation of a series of styrene/methyl methacrylate copolymers of various compositions but having molecular weights of the same order. Consideration is given to the nature of the changes in molecular weight during degradation, the nature of the products of degradation and the measurement of rates.
