SPECTROSCOPIC PROPERTIES OF COATINGS.

Abstract

A program to obtain and use reflectance spectra of organic coatings is described. Reflectance spectra will be obtained in the 0.2-40 micron spectral region and stored in a format suitable for use on an automatic digital computer. (Author)
