AN IMPROVED VOLTAGE-CHARGE CALIBRATION CIRCUIT.

Abstract

An electronic calibration circuit for use in applying five linear deflections of either charge or voltage to a cathode-ray tube recording system is described. The use of Western Electric mercury contact relays and the method of operating them from sequential one-shot multivibraters is explained. Included are photographs of the various types of calibration deflections obtainable with the circuit, and complete drawings of the circuit and associated power supply. (Author)
