PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR CERAMIC FILTERS.
Abstract
The poling of ceramic resonators for the preproduction filter samples and the production units was completed. In addition, all the frequency tuning and sorting of resonators for the 4.3 MHz and 6.0 MHz preproduction filter samples was completed. The preproduction 4.3 MHz wideband ladder filters and the preproduction 6.0 MHz ladder filters were processed to the sub-assembly stage. Final assembly was delayed because of a delay in the delivery of end seals. Also, during this period tests were conducted to evaluate the effect of the 1000 hour elevated temperature storage on one of the ceramic filters. The results are presented and discussed. (Author)
