BATTERY SEPARATOR MECHANISMS--LITERATURE SURVEY REPORT

Abstract

In order to improve the characteristics of batteries, an understanding of battery separators and how they can inhibit the motion of ions and molecules is desired. This report reviews some of the theories invented to explain the transport of material through solutions and barriers.
