THEORY OF P-N JUNCTION PROPERTIES AND RECOMBINATION.
Abstract
Work in the following areas is briefly summarized: calculation of current noise in nickel-doped germanium; Auger effects involving recombination centers; decay of excess carrier concentrations; radiative cascade theory; phonon cascade theory; electron collision effects. Many aspects of this work were reported in detail in AD-434 593, AD-603 090, AD-606 682, AD-608 454, AD-614 621, AD-619 162, AD-634 445.
