SURVEY OF THE POPULATION OF SPECIES OF SHARKS IN PUERTO RICO SUITABLE FOR BEHAVIOR STUDIES.

Abstract

Species were selected from those living among and outside of the coral reefs and mangrove islands offshore from La Parguera, Puerto Rico, to the insular slope. Data obtained from each shark included species, sex, weight, length from snout to precaudal pit, stomach content, and (in females) number and size of embryos.
