Abstract

Progress is reported on a production engineering measure is to improve production techniques for the manufacture of subminiature feed-thru ceramic dielectric capacitors to attain a maximum failure rate of .001% per 1000 hours with a 90% confidence level when tested at 200% of rated voltage and 125C.
