CALCULATIONS OF LIGHT REFRACTION BY A BLAST BUBBLE.

Abstract

The report describes some calculations concerned with observations of light refraction by a blast bubble. These calculations simulate such observations numerically in order to furnish data necessary for the planning of experiments. It is concluded from the results, that an evaluation process previously proposed by the author can be improved. Refraction observations with a standard error of ten seconds of arc are found accurate enough for the experimental setup assumed. (Author)
