REACTIONS OF METALLIC IONS.

Abstract

The project was concerned with an investigation of the kinetics and mechanisms of important reactions of inorganic species in aqueous solutions especially those complexes of chromium and cobalt. A study was made on the polarographic studies of Cr(C2O4)(H2O)4(+). Several mechanisms of electron-transfer reactions were elucidated in solution, and different mechanisms were explained at the dropping mercury electrode. A 'state of the art' review on the chemistry of chromium III was published. (Author)
