CIVIL DEFENSE ASPECTS OF MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEMS.

Abstract

This study considers the Civil Defense aspects of municipal water supply systems and develops a listing of significant considerations, technical data and information, to describe the capability of a system to recover and to continue to supply at least a minimum essential level of supply in the early post nuclear attack period.
