ENERGY STRUCTURE OF ALUMINUM ANTIMONIDE ZONES,

Abstract

Four bands are found in the reflection spectrum of aluminum antimonide at a temperature of 25C in the 1-6 ev region. The origin of the bands is explained on the basis of a diagram of direct allowed interzonal transitions at certain points. (Author)
