QUALITY CAN BE CONTROLLED

Abstract

This article summarizes the shortcomings of Soviet industries in putting out inferior production goods with an emphasis in industry's converting to the 'Saratov system' for better quality control. Specific examples of inferior goods are cited with an emphasis on the benefit of the consumer.
