NEURON MODEL,

Abstract

There are neuron (nerve cell) models that contain input circuits, a generator node and one storage element that is common for all the stimulating inputs. These models do not consider the mutual effect of the processes in the dendrites and the soma of the neuron. In contrast to the known models, in the proposed model such interactions are considered. This is primarily attained by the fact that, instead of one common storage element, the model contains storage elements on each input. By connecting these storage elements with each other, or with the inputs, through functional elements the interaction of the inputs can be modeled, thereby obtaining a functional connection between the parameters of the input and output signals in the neuron model.
