LINEAR AND NONLINEAR MECHANISMS OF BRAIN-WAVE GENERATION,

Abstract

Some specimen findings are exhibited about the brain's physiological responses to vibration, made through spectral analysis. The findings depended heavily on having available a comprehensive machine system for spectral analysis, by digital filtering, for records whose intensities differed by factors of more than 1000 could be processed, and calculations carried as far as inverting matrices (a notoriously sensitive calculation), without concern for excessive leakage or error build-up.
