Abstract
The report is a part of systematic investigations of four component semiconductive phases of changed composition of the type of solid displacement solutions within the limits of the crystallochemical group of diamonds and the object is to examine the nature of the reaction of certain semiconductor compounds, which have the structure of zinc blende and chalkopyrite.
