INULIN AND PAH STABILITY IN FROZEN PLASMA UTILIZING AN IMPROVED AUTOMATED INULIN TECHNIC.

Abstract

A stability study of inulin and PAH in frozen plasma is presented. The investigation, including data collected over 30 consecutive days from the analyses of aliquots of a pool of human plasma, supports the conclusion that the concentrations remained the same. In addition, a more precise automated inulin technic is discussed. The modifications included a change in the sampling procedure. (Author)
