NEW CONCEPT FOR REDUCING RANDOM, SHOT, THERMAL, AND IMPULSE NOISE IN AMPLIFIERS.

Abstract

A new concept is described for reducing random, shot, thermal, and impulse noise in amplifiers. Noise in an inner frequency channel that contains a desired signal is reproduced by a combination of noise in two outer frequency channels adjacent to and equally spaced in frequency from the inner channel. The noise in the desired channel can then be bucked out. (Author)
