Abstract

A review of research is presented in four categories: (1) generation of second harmonics by spatial inhomogeneities of the charge distribution in plasmas, (2) divergences in the statistical theory of radiation in plasmas, (3) conductivity of a fully ionized plasma, and (4) bremsstrahlung and conductivity of a relativistic plasma.
