Abstract

The report is designed to meet the urgent need of the Chief of Naval Personnel for enlisted personnel replacement costs for the BM, ET, FT, MT and RM ratings. The replacement costs presented are based on the latest available information and reflect all known adjustments, including the increases in pay and allowances authorized by Congress in 1963.
