SOME RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF AIR FLOW IN THE SURFACE BOUNDARY LAYER OF THE ATMOSPHERE,

Abstract

Results are presented of the investigation of some structural characteristics of turbulent air flows in the surface layer. An exposition is given of the dependences of the structural characteristics of turbulence and the coefficient of the turbulent exchange on the temperature stratification of the atmosphere and on the altitude above the underlying surface.
