Abstract
The report consists of two parts. The first summarizes the features of a collection of subroutines written on a time-shared teletype-accessible computer to facilitate experimentation in the design of networks of threshold gates. The second summarizes initial plans for research in automated design aid systems for computer systems design; an overview of the problem is given. (Author)
