DEVICE FOR LOW-FREQUENCY PHOTOGRAPHY,

Abstract

A device for low-frequency photography on film moving at a constant speed is designed in the form of an attachment to the photographic apparatus. It has a distinguishing feature for improving the quality of the chronophotograms obtained. The attachment has a system of two or more shutters with the slowest shutter providing the necessary photographing frequency, and the fastest shutter providing the shortest exposure time. Another device has a feature for turning the head of the photographic apparatus and the shutter system in that the head is connected by a flexible shaft to the multishutter attachment axis on which a system of gear transmissions providing different shutter speeds is mounted.
