PRELAUNCH CHECKOUT IN THE 1970'S,

Abstract

The paper attempts to predict the prelaunch environment of space launches in the 1970s. The author projects the major changes likely to occur in vehicle subsystems, prelaunch requirements, and launch site technology from those we know today, and attempts to create a picture of that future launch environment.
