AN APPROACH TO DEFINING POSTATTACK RECOVERY MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS AND TECHNIQUES

Abstract

Potential postattack countermeasures, under the six general categories of protective, radiological, medical, ecological, economic, and social, are listed and discussed briefly. A functional approach to the development of postattack recovery management techniques based on current knowledge is suggested, and present developmental limitations are indicated.
