Abstract

Work in the following areas is briefly summarized: identification of singlet and triplet states of perfluorobenzene, fluorobenzene, and perfluorocyclobutanone; photochemical isomerization of substituted cycloheptatrienes; electronic energy relaxation via isomerization in toluene; photolysis of cyclobutanes. Portions of these studies are reported in greater detail in AD-617 988 and AD-635 437.
