HUMMRO TECHNIQUES IN COURSE DEVELOPMENT,

Abstract

This paper describes a scientific approach to the problem of devising a course of instruction. An outline of seven steps in developing training is presented and discussed. In addition, the history and organization of HumRRO are sketched with special reference to the key characteristics of the administrative and working relationships with the Army that appear to foment readily usable research results and adoption of developed courses by the Army.
