Abstract
Matters concerned with various aspects of the electrostatically levitated gyroscope have previously been reported in detail. The recent activities reported here were concerned with a study of the nature of electrical breakdown in ultrahigh vacuum, and some measurements directly related to the gyro development. (Author)
