PREPARATION OF THIN FOILS FOR ELECTRON MICROSCOPY BY A ROTATING POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE HOLDER.

Abstract

A modified technique has been developed for preparation of thin foil electron microscope specimens. The method eliminates premature perforation of specimens, while permitting low-voltage, low-temperature polishing. (Author)
