AN ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY ON MILITARY CIVIC ACTION

Abstract

An annotated bibliography of literature on civic action, with emphasis on military civic action in Latin America. Some references are made to Asian programs and to the general topic of community development. Works cited cover definitions, U.S. legislation, policy, programs, evaluation techniques, program evaluation, and opinion. The report is divided into three sections: (1) primary material, which deals with civic action in depth; (2) general background material; (3) civic action information by country.
