PRACTICAL, TUNABLE, TWO-MESH BANDPASS FILTERS FOR HF APPLICATIONS.

Abstract

The following equations were derived to facilitate filter design: Q sub CKT as a function of insertion loss and Q sub SL; net rejection at 1.1 f sub o as a function of Q sub SL and insertion loss; Q sub SL as a function of Q sub CKT and the coefficient of coupling. Correlation between the equations and the characteristics of an actual filter was found to be excellent. (Author)
