METHOD OF FIXATION OF LOWER JAW FRAGMENTS WITH POLYAMID SUTURES,

Abstract

It is assumed that in osteosynthesis with polyamid thread a rigid plastic mass plate is required. Such a plate, fixated with polyamid thread, provides stability for the fragments, the restored bite (occlusion) does not change throughout the entire course of the treatment, and there is no need for supplementary methods of immobilization.
