EFFECTS OF TAPE RECORDER WOW AND FULTTER ON SONAR DATA.
Abstract
WOW and flutter impose restrictions in dynamic range and signal to noise measurements and use of the information generated here can help extend the analysis and evaluation of analog recorded data. Despite errors, high performance laboratory quality analog recorders can be useful for narrowband analysis of low frequency data. (Author)
