STUDY OF NAVY TYPE 45 DEEP-FAT FRYER. I. PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURED BY ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS, INC.
Abstract
A type 45 deep-fat fryer was studied to determine adequacy of performance for Navy shipboard use and conformance to proposed specification MIL-F-21979. Production capabilities were adequate but several design features were considered in need of modification. The lack of a production model thermostatic control prevented studies of characteristics related thereto. (Author)
